Any questions or queries about any of my products, the way I work or ideas for products you want but haven't seen are always welcome. I usually get back to you within a few hours!

1. Orders are placed via messaging the page or myself with the specifications and personalisation details, you will get a confirmation of the price* and a rough estimate for a delivery / pick up**. Drop off is also available if you live local to the Pemberton/Wigan area.

2. To secure an order, a deposit of 50% must be paid either via bank transfer or cash and the remaining 50% (and any delivery costs***) to be paid upon posting or collection.

3. Receipts/ Acknowledgment of orders and payments can be emailed and there will be a copy printed in with your item.

4. Please remember every item is custom made so once its started it's unlikely to be any use to anyone else so please only order if you intend to follow through with the purchase, hence the 50% deposit.

5. I take photos of all items before they go out and thoroughly check the quality. If there are any issues when you recieve your item please take full photos of the packaging outside, and the inside packaging, as well as the product itself when getting in contact.

6. Please bare in mind each item has to have the personalised elements ordered which can take up to a week delivery. Everything is hand made and and hand painted which takes time. I do also have a part time job so please allow a minimum of 3/4 weeks from ordering before asking where your order is. I always try to keep customers updated if there's any delays or if I finish an item early. You also get notification of when it has been posted and when you can expect to recieve it.

* Prices stated on the product images are the basic price for a basic design like in the images. Some elements or detailed design features will be more expensive but this will be discussed before any order is confirmed.

** Estimates for delivery or pick up are only a guide. You will be contacted with a definite finish date closer to the time and will later updates throughout.

*** Delivery costs may vary from item to item depending on the weight and size and what delivery option you choose. The prices stated on any product images are the prices solely of the item and does not include any delivery fees.
